Within the framework of the CCI of RA delegation (headed by the President of the CCI of RA Gennady Gaguliya) visit to Berlin (Germany),   the presentation on investments and economic potential of the Republic of Abkhazia took place in Berlin, Germany. The present event   was organized with the assistance of the trade representative of Russia to Germany Andrey Zverev, plenipotentiary representative of Abkhazia to Germany Khibla Amichba, the representative of the Abkhaz diaspora in Germany Violetta Avidzba.

The presentation was visited by the heads of the leading huge companies, business units and agencies of Germany, representatives of Abkhaz diaspora in Germany, representatives of science and culture.

The event members received the detailed information about perspectives of economic development of the country, being familiarized with suggested preferential conditions for foreign investors.  The quests were presented the movie about Abkhazia in German language, photo exhibition, informational banners, and handouts with information on culture, traditions, history, economics and investment attraction of Abkhazia. The guests had the opportunity to taste traditional Abkhazia cuisine, elite Abkhazian wines and chacha (traditional drink), which attracted and raise a high interest among all guests.

Within the framework of the event, the representatives of business of German were interested about the possibilities of Abkhazian goods delivery to Germany.

 “Abkhazia has a huge potential for developing the economics and expanding the trade relations with the whole world. The current event, undoubtedly, is very significant for attacking the investors to the Republic”,-said in his interview the trade representative of Russia to Germany.

The exhibition about Abkhazia continues its work and during two weeks all the handouts about Abkhazia are available in the building of trade representation of Russia in Germany.
