PROSPECTS FOR DEVELOPING BILATERAL TRADE AND ECONOMIC COOPERATION WITH THE DIASPORA WERE DISCUSSED AT THE CCI OF RA

A working meeting was held at the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia between Tamila Mertskhulava, the CCI President, Yavuz Atryshba, the Chairman of the Federation of Abkhaz Cultural Centers in Turkey, and Ibrahim Avidzba, Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Turkey.
The CCI of RA congratulated Mr. Atryshba on his election to the high post emphasizing the importance of the diaspora's consolidated work for developing mutually beneficial relations with the historical homeland.
In turn, Yavuz Atryshba noted the systematic and important role of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry in establishing direct contacts between business circles of the two countries. He expressed the full readiness of the Abkhaz cultural centers in Turkey to provide assistance and information support to the Chamber's projects aimed at developing export potential and attracting investments.
During the meeting the parties discussed prospects for the development of bilateral trade and economic cooperation.
Ibrahim Avidzba, the Plenipotentiary Representative of the Republic of Abkhazia to the Republic of Turkey also assured CCI President of continued comprehensive support at various stages of implementing joint projects.
