Charity should be for all the norm

Management of Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia continues the charitable action to help people in need.

Recall that in the New Year's Eve, at the initiative of the president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry Gennady Gaguliya the stuff of the Chamber visited Sukhum nursing home for the elderly and disabled people and presented gifts.

In order to give children a holiday - to create a magic atmosphere for kids and bring them in the belief that dreams come true, CCI of RA organized a visit to Sukhum for 40 children from Tkuarchal. CCI of RA have organize a program, which ended with the distribution of gifts.

This time the leadership of the CCI of RA decided to visit the hero- city Tkuarchal. Today, it is often called a ghost town. After the Second World War in Abkhazia the 1992-1993 the most part of Tkuarchal was destroyed because of lack of funds have not yet been restored. And the whole area is considered to be depressed and in need of attention and care.

Based on these facts, February 10, the delegation of the Chamber of Commerce, headed by the Adviser of the President of CCI of RA Mertskhulava Tamila, brought to Tkuarchal 2.5 tons of essential food products such as flour, buckwheat, sugar, pasta, oil, beans .

In the assembly hall, high school №1 of Kirschal Chachhaliya, in the presence of the deputy head of city administration Vitali Kvitsiniya, head of PAHO Manana Arshba and school principal Larisa Ismeliya, CCI staff passed the products to poor families whose children are studying in different schools of Tkuarchal. 41 families received assistance. In addition, children have received photos from New Year's holiday in Sukhum, in which they participated.

“The Chamber of Commerce and Industry will always help people in need. Providing charity assistance is one of our priorities. At the same time we want to draw attention to the need for Abkhazia entrepreneurs do good deeds. We believe that charity should be the norm for all of life” - said Tamila.

She stressed that the CCI of RA, in accordance with its capabilities, will continue plans to hold charity events.
