BY DECREE OF THE CO-PRESIDENTS OF NICARAGUA, DANIEL ORTEGA AND ROSARIO MURILLO THE PRESIDENT OF THE CCI OF ABKHAZIA, INAR LADARIA HAS BEEN AWARDED THE ORDER OF JOSÉ DE MARCOLETA, DEGREE "GRAND CROSS"

The President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Abkhazia, Inar Ladaria, has been awarded the highest state honor of Nicaragua – the Order of José de Marcoleta, Degree "Grand Cross". The award was conferred by the Nicaraguan leadership for outstanding merits during Inar Ladaria's tenure as Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Abkhazia to Nicaragua where he laid a solid foundation for bilateral relations.

The official awarding ceremony took place on March 4 at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Abkhazia via videoconference. Representatives of both states participated in the event. From the Abkhaz side – Minister of Foreign Affairs Oleg Bartsits, Acting Deputy Minister Irakli Tuzhba, CCI President Inar Ladaria, Chargé d'Affaires of the Republic of Abkhazia in Nicaragua Alyas Ayba, as well as heads of relevant MFA departments. From the Nicaraguan side – Co-Minister of Foreign Affairs Valdrack Ludwing Jaentschke Whitaker, Presidential Advisor for Investment and International Cooperation Laureano Ortega Murillo, and Deputy Minister Ivan Lara Palacios.
