Gennady L. Gagulia headed the government during the most critical times for the country.

The CCI of RA under his leadership raised and promoted the image of the state in the international arena long before the recognition of Abkhazia's independence. He achieved successful fulfillment of complex tasks not only due to his business qualities and organizational skills but also due to his great personal connections in the near and far abroad.

With all this, he remained a modest man never loudly talking about his personal merits.
