Gennadiy Gaguliya was born on January 4 1948 in Likhni, Republic of Abkhazia
1972 - graduated from Civil Engineering Department of the Belarusian Polytechnic Institute majoring “construction engineer”. The following years he proved himself in the field of construction.
1977 - 1986 -the Deputy Director of Works Catering Lake “Riza”.
1986 -1991 - the chairman of the Gudauta district consumer cooperatives.
1991-1995 - the Deputy Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Abkhazia.
1995-1997- adopted to fill the post of prime minister of the Republic of Abkhazia
1997-2002-Russian Federation State Duma deputy aide
2002- by a decree of the President is appointed to the post of the chair of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Abkhazia
2002-2003- appointed as prime minister for the second time
2003-2004- appointed as the head of the Presidential administration of the Republic of Abkhazia
2004 to present- appointed as the head of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of Abkhazia and has remained in that position till the present day.
Adgur Lushba was born on August 229 1963 in Gudauta, Republic of Abkhazia
1980- after he finished high school №2 Gudauta began his studies in Abkhazian State University majoring economics and graduated in June 1984
1984 - according to the Ministry of trade order was working as a head of the department of Trade Organization in Gagra
1984 -1986-had served in Army
1986 -1992 – right after the demobilization was appointed as a head of the department of Trade Organization in the Ministry of Trade of the Republic of Abkhazia
1992 –was transferred to newly established State Committee of the Federal Property Management and Privatization as the head of the denationalization and privatization department.
1993 -1994 – was working as a chairman of the State Property Committee.
1994- 1995-was appointed as an under chair of the aforementioned State Committee
1995 -1999- was transferred as the head of the economics department at the machinery of Cabinet of Ministers
2002- was transferred and appointed as the head of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS)
2002-after the transformation of the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) to the Ministry of Taxation was appointed as the Minister of taxes and levies
2002-2005-was appointed as the Minister of Economy of the RA
2006 - was one of the founders and director of the joint Abkhazian-Russian enterprise
2007 to present- is appointed as the First vice-president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the RA
Gunjia H. Maxim was born on March 13 1976 in Sukhum, Republic of Abkhazia
1993-1998-graduated from the Gorlovski Pedagogical Institute of foreign languages majoring English and Russian language and literature at the Philological Faculty
1999-was working as an interpreter in the language department at the Ministry of foreign affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia
1999-was given the diplomatic rank of attaché and transferred to the International Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs as a referent
2003- was appointed as the head of the International Department in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2004-deputy minister of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs
2010-2011-Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Abkhazia
2012 to present-the Vice-President of the CCI of the RA

Since April 2003, is a member of the Board of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia.
In April 2013, appointed chairman of the Business Council "Abkhazia and Turkey ."
In July 2013 appointed vice-president of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia.
