The supreme managing body of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Republic of Abkhazia is the General Assembly of the members of the Chamber which is held more than twice a year.
The General Assembly is electing the Board, the President of the Chamber and the Revision Commission. The Board is chaired by the Head of the Board who is the President of the Chamber by position. The Vice President of the Chamber is part of the Board as well.
